Returns
To begin the return process, simply email info@goodnighttape.com with your order number and our team will assist you.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery
- Returns can only be accepted if products are unopened, clean, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Returns are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to refuse your refund or exchange if the items are not sent back to us in their original condition.
- Please allow up to 7 working days for returns to be processed.
- We do not accept returns for sale and clearance items.
- Currently, you are responsible for the cost of returning your item to us. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely, as we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered parcels.
- For non-defective returns, a restocking fee of $10 or 15% of the item's price, whichever is greater, may apply.
